Terms and conditions

1. Who may use the platform
Shakti Sings is for adults aged 18 or over. By creating an account you confirm you meet that age requirement and that using a free social casino is lawful where you live. If either is untrue, do not register and do not use the games.
2. User accounts
An account is required to access the games. Browsing the catalogue is open to anyone, but launching a demo title requires you to be registered and logged in.
Registration is free and always will be. It asks for an email address, a username and a password, and never for payment details. You are responsible for keeping your own credentials safe. We hold no password recovery mechanism, cannot verify your identity by other means, and cannot restore access to an account whose password has been lost. For the same reason, we cannot merge two accounts or move progress from one to another.
One account per person. Accounts are personal, not transferable, and may not be sold, shared, or handed to anyone else.
3. Virtual credits
Virtual credits are a free progress feature of this social casino platform. Credits are awarded only for free activity on the platform, such as daily check-ins, time spent playing demo games, achievements, and account tier progression.
Credits cannot be purchased. There is no way to buy credits, and we never request payment details. Credits cannot be sold, traded, transferred to another account, withdrawn, redeemed, or exchanged for money, prizes, or anything of value. Credits cannot be wagered — all games run in free demo mode only.

We may adjust earning rates, tier thresholds, cosmetic costs and the daily cap as the platform develops. Because credits carry no monetary value, such changes create no entitlement to compensation of any kind.
4. The games
All titles are demo builds supplied by their provider and loaded from the provider's own servers. We do not operate them, influence their behaviour, or hold any balance inside them. Nothing that happens on a reel here is connected to money, and nothing you do on Shakti Sings changes how a demo behaves. Availability of any given title is not guaranteed.
5. Acceptable use
- Do not attempt to manipulate the credit, tier or achievement systems by any means.
- Do not automate play, script the interface, or run the platform through a bot.
- Do not attempt to disrupt, probe or reverse-engineer the site or the games it embeds.
- Do not present Shakti Sings as a real-money gambling service to anyone.
We may restrict or remove access where these rules are broken. Since nothing of value is held in an account, no compensation arises from such a restriction.
6. No guarantees
The platform is provided as it stands. We do not promise uninterrupted availability, and we are not liable for progress lost through browser settings, cleared storage, device failure, or a provider withdrawing a demo title. Success in a free demo game does not imply future success at real-money gambling.
